Adam works in our law firm’s St. George office and focuses on business, securities, and transactional work. He also has experience in intellectual property, employment, and real estate law. Adam is a native of St. George and enjoys being home and involved in the community.
Adam received his B.A. from BYU, where he was one of few students ever invited to attend BYU’s law school while simultaneously finishing his undergraduate studies. While attending law school, Adam contributed to several works of legal scholarship, including several publications with Oxford University Press. Adam was also initiated into Phi Delta Phi, the oldest legal honors society in existence in the United States.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam worked as a law clerk for Senator Mike Lee in Washington D.C., as an extern for Judge David Sam at the Federal District Court for the District of Utah, and also completed a nine-month externship with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Salt Lake City as part of their Student Honors Program.
Adam speaks fluent German and enjoys travel, literature, and food. He is an avid outdoorsman and when he’s not in the office he is often out fishing, golfing, or wingshooting. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Stefani and daughter Shayli.
